We are a tax consultancy with 10 employees. Our premises comprise a reception with a small waiting area, 4 offices, a meeting room, a kitchenette and toilets.

Of course, our success is closely linked to the satisfaction of our customers. This is made up of various components. Of course, specialist consultation plays a large role at first. People come to us to save money and so that they don't have to deal with it themselves. If we can handle that properly, then we've already helped them feel content. But even if there are problems, you have to be able to explain and clarify them correctly, so that nobody gets false expectations. It is also important that customers are always welcomed in a friendly manner, do not have to spend a lot of time with us, and feel as good as possible while there are here. If that all works, it's been a successful day.
